Meet The Presenter

Jen Shotwell

Personality Disorder Researcher, LPC-S, & EMDR Trainer

I've been on both sides of the equation as a patient and now as a therapist. I have seen the way our society treats those struggling with mental health disorders, and it is pretty unacceptable. I created this space for professionals and family members who are hoping to change this. I hope these resources encourage and empower people to help those supporting personality disorders and addictions.
